Geraint is calling for improvements to cycle lanes in Swansea.
He has written a letter to the Council Chief Executive calling for warning signs and raised line delineation on the lanes so that blind pedestrians can detect the dividing line for their safety.
This follows a meeting with Swansea Disability Forum.
In his letter, he said: "The forum would like to see cycle path road markings with raised line delineation so that cyclists know that they are meant to remain and so that blind pedestrians can detect the dividing line for their safety.
"I am told that pedestrians particularly those with disabilities have suffered harassment and abuse from cyclists who are not paying attention to any hazards that may appear in their path and that in many instances they cycle at unsafe speeds for pedestrian safety. I suggest that signs are installed on and around cycle lanes urging cyclists to cycle at safe speeds and be considerate to others around them."
