Said Geraint Davies MP: "The Muslim congregation at Swansea University Mosque mourn the deaths in Paris of so many innocent people. They unite in solidarity behind the French Flag and with one voice condemn these atrocities.
Said Swansea University Mosque Imam Sheik Mohsen: "So-called Islamic State is neither Islamic nor a state. The killings in Paris and elsewhere are simply evil and nothing to do with Islam. They are the actions of imposters and murderers. We must stand united with the French people and take what action is necessary to protect and defend all our communities from the forces of evil."
Said Geraint Davies MP: "I've visited all the Mosques in Swansea and Muslims in all three are keen to express their mourning and solidarity with Paris after the evil atrocities of Daesh. Swansea Muslims at Imam Khoei Islamic Centre support France and want to ensure Daesh is stopped from continuing their killing and to see a return to peace. In Britain we are a beacon of hope to the rest of the world as to how communities can live together in harmony, respect and mutual support. Let there be love and light in place of hatred and darkness as we cannot win this battle with fire and steel alone but must win hearts and minds as well."
