How can we warn people against the increased air pollution caused by heat rises?

During yesterday's Environmental Audit Committee I asked the Met office how they were combatting the increased air pollution caused by heat rises. It's more than just our skin that we need to protect!

I ask panellists from the Met Officer, how they can provide heat weather warnings, as they would for flooding and frost.
